All in all the stay was very disappointing this trip. The only plus to this place is the location to downtown.
It was very relaxing. The room was quite, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We had a nice visit. We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, very clean, free WiFi, DirectTV, and management is very respectful....Dont believe the false claims that this place doesn't serve food cause they do and it's really good, Management let's you know when meals are served through email and in person, Rooms are very secure, and as for temperature control no problem I was able to adjust the a.c. unit in the room to a temperature that I was comfortable with.
This place is advertised as a Bed and Breakfast but it's not as there is no food served at all. It's really a bed and bath without any daily housekeeping. Additionally, it needs a great deal of maintenance, no security (door keys and locks are not available, main door not secured, etc). Dead insects all around. Temperature controls not readily available (froze one night as thermostat was set for 62). Owner seldom available to deal with issues. Property needs thorough cleaning, an example is rust in lavatory.
Very clean, theres home made breakfast every day and they're nice to work with you on what time is best. If you need anything they're quick to help you. Best place to stay in Hobart!
